Below is a long-winded way of saying that I will always do my best to be as transparent as possible and to keep The Modern Nest an informative, welcoming, and friendly place to visit. You guys (my readers) are-and always will be-my first priority on this blog! The Blog

This is my personal blog. While I normally try to use experience and/or research to back up my arguments, all opinions expressed here are my own and may change at any time. You may challenge or disagree with my opinions, but I reserve the right to delete any comments that I deem inappropriate, offensive, profane, rude, or in any other way are annoying or hurtful to me, my family and friends, other authors on this blog, or my readers. Finally, I will do my best to note any updates to posts, but cannot guarantee this and reserve the right not to note updates (in most cases, updates that are not noted will be of a technical nature- grammar, punctuation, spelling, re-wording, etc).

While we do our best to note any issues or concerns (safety or otherwise) directly in the blog, we (the authors or other personnel who have contributed to the blog) will not compensate for damage, injury,  inconvenience, or loss of any sort while you are using the information from this blog.

Blog Post Roundups

I occasionally publish “roundup” posts where I feature the work of multiple bloggers/influencers for a given topic in a single post. These posts are designed to help readers who are looking for ideas on a specific topic and to bring awareness and appreciation to quality work done by influencers.

Before writing roundups I will always ask the permission of every blogger/influencer whose work I would like to feature in a given post to use 1-) a link back to their site and 2-) a visual from the original post to which I am linking. While I do my best to ensure that I am only linking to reputable influencers and original content, I assume no responsibility for projects or ideas that are found to be stolen or plagiarized in any way.
